MGM Interiors has been shortlisted for the Boutique Interior Fit-Out Firm of the Year category at the 20th edition of the CID Awards 2026: MENA, recognising the company’s continued work across Dubai’s interior fit-out sector.
The shortlist follows hundreds of nominations submitted across the region, with firms, individuals and projects considered across a range of categories. Being shortlisted places MGM Interiors among the firms recognised for their contribution to the region’s design and fit-out industry.
The recognition comes as MGM Interiors continues to build on its established presence in Dubai, where the company has been operating since 1998. With an 80-strong team and a 15,000-square-foot in-house facility, MGM brings fit-out, MEP, joinery, upholstery and design capabilities together within a single operation.
A Track Record of Fit-Out Excellence
Across 2025 and 2026, MGM Interiors has completed 20 fit-out projects across commercial, F&B, retail, and health and wellness sectors. Repeat clients account for 60 to 70 percent of the company’s work, while 12 new client relationships were established in 2026.
MGM’s integrated approach brings MEP, joinery, procurement and project management together under one operation. This enables the team to resolve issues internally while maintaining greater control over project timelines, finish quality and costs. The company also holds approvals and registrations across Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence, DHA, Trakhees and DIFC.
Recent projects reflect this approach, from the precision required for the Valcucine Showroom to the complex brand integration of the Multibrand Showroom at Index Mall, DIFC. Baheeya and Noble Bakery further demonstrate MGM’s ability to manage technically detailed execution and challenging delivery conditions.
Over the past 12 to 18 months, MGM has also strengthened its internal systems across project communication, client reporting and process management, supporting delivery across multiple concurrent sites.
The CID Awards 2026: MENA ceremony will take place on 24 September 2026 at the Joharah Ballroom, Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai.
